The Queen of Hearts International Pageantry will bestow the following titles: Mrs. Queen of Hearts Universe, Mrs. Queen of Hearts International, Mrs. Queen of Hearts World, Mrs. Queen of Hearts Global Tourism, Mrs. Queen of Hearts Earth, Mrs. Queen of Hearts Asia Pacific, Mrs. Queen of Hearts Western Pacific, and Mrs. Queen of Hearts Southeast Asia.
The Philippines will host the inaugural edition of the Queen of Hearts International Pageantry in May next year. Participants will stay in the country for one week where they are expected to take part in charity missions, which will also serve as a tourism exploration to help boost destinations in the country.
