Sunday's Padres-Diamondbacks game pushed up to a 12:10 p.m. / 5: 40 pm. Saturday doubleheader due to tropical storm
hitting Southern California shores late this weekend, Major League Baseball has rescheduled the Padres’ Sunday game against the Diamondbacks as a Saturday split doubleheader.
The first game will begin at 12:10 p.m. The second game will begin at 5:40 p.m., the originally scheduled time.Per Petco Park’s rainout policy, refunds will not be issued for rescheduled games. Gates will open at 10:30 a.m. Saturday for the first game. Fans with tickets to both games will be asked to exit the ballpark and re-enter for the evening game.
