Rossetti set Crimo's next court date for Sept. 11.
The evidence included medical records of the seven people killed and nearly 50 people wounded in the attack as well as Illinois State Police forensics tests, Dillon said. Crimo III has pleaded not guilty to 117 felony counts for allegedly firing an assault rifle at paradegoers from a rooftop at Central Avenue and Second Street in the north suburb. His lawyers have not yet formally requested a trial.
