Viola Fair went into labor three weeks before her due date. There was not enough time to get to the hospital, so her 10-year-old daughter, Miracle Moore, called 911.
A 10-year-old Missouri girl truly lived up to her name, Miracle Moore, when she helped her mom deliver a baby at home.. There was not enough time to get to the hospital, so Miracle picked up the phone and dialed 911, where an operator talked the tween through the birthing process.
