Here’s a thumbnail guide to what the area’s major performing arts groups — theater, dance, classical music and opera — are staging from now through November. Two big productions to start off the 2023-2024 season of Utah’s biggest professional theater company: A stage adaptation of Agatha Christie’s mystery classic “Murder on the Orient Express,” Sept. 22-Oct. 7; and a Halloween-timed staging of the camp classic musical “The Rocky Horror Show,” Oct. 20-31.
