Season 2 of “Harlem” , from writer Tracy Oliver , follows four stylish and ambitious best friends living in Harlem, who balance careers and relationships while trying to figure out the next stages of their lives. Meanwhile, the steampunk fantasy “Carnival Row” returns for its second and final season. Starring Orlando Bloom and Cara Delevingne and set in a world where fairies and humans live side by side, the new season revolves around an investigation into a series of gruesome murders that sparks tensions between the two groups.
