House Speaker Martin Romualdez on Tuesday welcomed the appointments of Health Secretary Teodoro Herbosa and Defense Secretary Gilbert Teodoro, saying that they ‘strengthen’ President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s cabinet. | JMangaluzINQ
Romualdez said the latest appointments are an indication that Marcos is ensuring the best people will join him in serving the country.“They are welcome additions to the President’s immediate official family. Their wealth of experience and knowledge in defense and health strengthen the Marcos cabinet,” Romualdez said in a statement.
The House Speaker also said the two were both knowledgeable in their own fields but can still bring new insights.
