SAN ANTONIO - As summer break nears its end, the City of San Antonio is looking to help recent high school graduates who have yet to plan their future. From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Roosevelt Clubhouse, the City of San Antonio's Department of Human Services will partner with CafeCollege to host a LEVEL UP Resource Fair.
The event is open to anyone between the ages of 16 and 24 who needs help completing their Free Application for Federal Student Aid , assistance with college enrollment requirements, finding a job, or figuring out their interests. Graduates will have the opportunity to identify their interests and learn about potential career and education opportunities, as well as find help accessing financial assistance, housing, or direct employment.The event will include representatives from Ready to Work, Metro Health, NXT LEVEL Youth Opportunity Center, the San Antonio Independent School District Postsecondary Navigators, Communities in Schools, and Project Quest.
