Lake, who lost to Democrat Katie Hobbs in the 2022 Arizona gubernatorial election, has filed lawsuits in regards to the election. Mark Finchem, the GOP candidate for Secretary of State, also filed a lawsuit in regards to his race.
Kari Lake, who lost to Democrat Katie Hobbs in the 2022 Arizona gubernatorial election, has filed lawsuits in regards to the election. A judge has set hearing dates for lawsuits ahead of a January 2, 2023 deadline. FOX 10's Steve Nielsen reports.The public got access to an internal link just for attorneys, and the virtual courtroom filled up with open mics.The link was reportedly sent out publicly, with at least one politician -- State Sen. Wendy Rogers -- sharing the link out.
"Pushing this back any further will threaten the orderly transition of power set to take place January 2," said Andy Gaona.Lake's attorneys have also asked for access to the ballots, but the county is pushing back on that.
