, to Santa Barbara on a heavily trafficked road with construction while trying to bid on a car in an online auction on my phone. I would come to a construction stop, check my phone and sometimes I would get reception. I was bidding on a Jensen Interceptor. Normally, you would have someone check out the car to make sure it was in good shape. Not this time. This would be an impulse buy—if I could win the auction.
