SmithThe reports of Smith’s actions have been concerning for Hays County resident Dan Lyon, 65, who said he thinks Smith should resign.
“We need a higher standard of behavior than we have seen, commissioner,” he said. “We need for you to behave in a way that we can respect and look up to.”
