Saskatoon swimmer Hannah Ouellette finished third in the women\u0027s 14\u002D26 50\u002Dmetre butterfly multi\u002Dclass para (S1\u002D7) event.
On Tuesday, Ouellette finished third in the women’s 14-26 50-metre butterfly multi-class para category at Brock University in Hamilton. The Games are being held in the Niagara region of Ontario.
Ouellette, who took up swimming six years ago, is a member of the Saskatoon Lasers Swim Club. She earned the medal on the third day of competition. Also on Tuesday:Saskatchewan improved its record to 3-1 by posting victories over Ontario and Nova Scotia .A 77-74 victory over New Brunswick gave Saskatchewan a 1-1 slate.Beach volleyball :Saskatchewan lost 5-3 to New Brunswick.Saskatchewan lost 3-0 to Ontario.Saskatchewan shut out B.C.
