HAMILTON COUNTY — 146th street is considered the most dangerous road in Hamilton County, according to data from the sheriff's office. Construction and the booming growth of the area has led to more traffic. People that commute on 146th street say they’ve noticed.
"People go a little faster than they should through that intersection,” Wise said. “It makes it a little bit hard to navigate between the orange cones and the concrete.""I definitely see ambulances passing through all the time,” Baker said. “Because I work at the front desk so I have the window view of all the ambulance and police I see a lot.
The largest number of crashes have taken place at the intersection of Allisonville road and 146th streets with 22 crashes so far this year compared to 17 last year. That is also where there is a large amount of construction.
