The artists both performed at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles Saturday night for the “We Can Survive” concert benefitting suicide prevention and awareness.

The songstress tapped Morissette, 48, for “Alanis’ Interlude” – a song representing sexual and professional empowerment – for her 2020 album, “Manic.” The two performed it live together Saturday night during Morissette’s headlining set, which also included hits like “Ironic,” “You Oughta Know,” “Hand in My Pocket,” “You Learn” and “Thank U.”The ninth annual “We Can Survive” concert, hosted by Audacy in partnership with the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention , was put on to celebrate the power of music bringing people together to strengthen mental health and raise awareness for suicide prevention.
