The world No. 44 Filipinas flew to China a day prior ahead of the Asiad, where they were tangled with South Korea, Myanmar and Hong Kong in Group E. The Filipinas rotation boasts the World Cup players in the lineup which includes Sara Eggesvik, who delivered the brilliant pass to Bolden for the Philippines’ first goal at the world meet, while reliable strikers and defenders Katrina Guillou, Sofia Harrison and Quinley Quezada also made the cut.
