However, PAGASA officials warned that it should not be eaten. The same officials also clarified that the lunar eclipse has nothing to do with the weather in the area since hailstorms are only formed due to severe thunderstorms. The hailstorm even helped the residents to have a better view of the Blood Moon as the sky became clearer, according to the report.
