BREAKING: Eight people were killed Saturday afternoon when a gunman opened fire at an Allen outlet mall, according to authorities. The shooter was also killed by a police officer after he opened fire in Allen.

When he was able to leave, he saw broken glass, sandals and bloody clothes, according to the AP. Outside the store, he saw bodies covered in white towels.
