Friday night he was doing so when neighbors complained it was a disturbance to their young baby who was trying to sleep.
The sheriff on the scene believed 10 people lived in the house together, with four-to-five moving in from Houston in the past few days. Some of the victims were found laying on top of uninjured children, which authorities believe was done in an effort to protect them. An interviewed resident said overnight gunfire is common in the neighborhood, and she did not know the shooter, but “would wave to him when he would pass by with his horses.
