The young lefty is in the rotation because of injuries, but he could stay there with another strong outing versus Boston.The veteran has allowed five or more runs in three of five starts this season.Boston is averaging 6.4 runs per game with Sale on the hill.The Marlins’ offense is atrocious, so even though Allen was impressive in his MLB debut, he faced the perfect opponent.
