The government is working on the terms of reference for the sale of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport, Transportation Secretary Jaime Bautista said. 'We have worked with the Asian Development Bank for the preparation of the terms of reference for the privatization of the Manila International Airport,' Bautista said during a briefing with reporters Wednesday afternoon in Pasay City.

Bautista said the government 'will see to it that we will attend to the requirement of the private sector so that their investment will be worth it.' 'They should be able to earn a reasonable [amount] of their investment. We'll make it investor friendly.
