Police responded to theft call from Meijer at 2:08 p.m. April 9 and were told the suspect left the store after failing to pay for an undetermined amount of trading cards. A description of his vehicle was provided and the suspect was identified as a Middleburg Heights man through Flock camera technology. He was contacted by police, cited for theft and said he would return the stolen merchandise to the store.A resident reported being bitten by his neighbor’s dog at 11:37 p.m. April 8.
