New York State’s education arm is facing accusations by nearly every Republican congressmember in the state of “blatant” antisemitism amid the Israel-Hamas war.
The letter goes on to argue several other shortcomings of the video, including labeling Israel “the aggressor in a war of conquest” and ignoring that “Israel was defending itself against much larger forces focused on eradicating its existence.” “Sadly, this appears to be representative of the pervasive anti-Semitic and anti-Zionist material that emanates from your offices,” the letter reads.
