The collection was unveiled at the Arsenale, an ancient complex of buildings that once made up the shipyards and workshops in the eastern part of the city. The runway, held in a rectangular shape, included guests around its perimeter with large arches in the center. Silhouettes sparkled with a plethora of sequins and crystals that elevated the craftsmanship.
Smart and sophisticated describe the looks in the collection. Black pants are matched with a tailored white blazer that fits the feminine form. Sequined skirts and dresses glisten, a reminder that the collection is a celebration of the ancient city. The Haute Couture looks were presented against the backdrop of the Tese delle Nappe.
After the show, a cocktail party followed for seven-hundred plus guests, with a live performance by Róisín Murphy and a DJ set by Mark Ronson. Other notable names in attendance include model Madisin Rian, who was the first black model as the face of Armani Beauty.
