from Covington, Ga., tried to vote Tuesday but the line was long. Someone said they had waited hours in line before voting. Mr. Esslinger instead came back early Wednesday during a heavy rain and was able to vote quickly. He voted for Mr. Walker, but he said he was tired of all the campaigning.
