The Department of Justice (DOJ) is eyeing to fund the regionalization of the New Bilibid Prison (NBP) under the 2024 budget, Senator Sonny Angara said Thursday.

Angara, Finance committee chairperson, disclosed this after Senator Robin Padilla asked for updates on the plans to regionalize the national penitentiary.
