The whole frosty old gang is back in the first look at the highly anticipated official trailer for, which dropped on Monday morning . The movie, which hits theaters on Nov. 22, promises to tell the tale of Anna and Elsa's carefree childhood days in the enchanted forest, before things got all complicated.
As we learn the story of the once magical place where "something went wrong" -- blocking its inhabitants from leaving and freezing anyone else from getting in -- we see Elsa and Anna drifting apart while Elsa is drawn by a mysterious voice that may hold the elusive answers she seeks. Lovable Olaf , is along for the adventure to the land outside of Arendelle, along with outdoorsman Kristoff , Prince Hans , Iduna and newcomer Lieutenant Mattias .
The tailer promises lots of fire, magic, battles with rock giants, a possible answer to the source of Elsa's powers and, of course, plenty of silliness from Olaf.was helmed by Oscar-winning team of directors Jennifer Lee and Chris Buck, producer Peter Del Vecho and songwriters Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez. A clip recently unveiled at the D23 Expo inclued a new Elsa ballad, "Inot the Unknown," though no other music from the film has been previewed so far.
