13News meteorologist Kelly Greene details just how cold it could get in central Indiana on Halloween.
Widespread rain will continue into Monday morning, with another half inch to three quarters of an inch of rain possible. Monday will be a cold and blustery day. Temperatures will only climb into the low-40s, with gusty winds out of the north-northwest. Wind chill values will be in the low-to-mid-30s. A Freeze Watch is in effect Monday night into Tuesday morning. Temperatures will tumble into the low-to-mid-20s Tuesday morning.
. Temperatures will struggle to climb to 40°. It will also be the coldest Halloween in Indianapolis since 1993, where temperatures only climbed to 40°. Wind chill values will be in the mid-to-upper-20s, with a few snow showers possible during the afternoon into the evening.
