In a post Monday morning, a Facebook account under the name “Dia Nicholson” shared an 8-second video that showed a person holding their hands up on a highway with their back turned in front of multiple police vehicles. At least one of the officers behind a police vehicle appears to be holding an object that could be a firearm and pointing it toward the person. The video, originally posted on TikTok with a “Frisco” geotag, was allegedly taken in the suburb.
“My son, nephew, sister-n-law and brother were held at gun point by the Frisco Police Department, while they threatened to kill them numerous times if they made the wrong move. They had the entire interstate blocked with police cars and guns pointed at them,” the post stated.Attempts Tuesday evening to reach the person who posted on Facebook were not immediately successful.
