Connor Ainsworth, Blue's slick-fielding shortstop, was having a battle with Deer Park's slick-fielding shortstop, Hudson Martin, to see who's the best shortstop in the Coast Region.
"If you can do things that come natural because you've been doing them over and over and over in practice, it's going to get you somewhere, especially in these games where it's 100 degrees," Dionne Gerety said.
