Since Daniel Roseberry took the helm of Schiaparelli in 2019, he has imbued the brand with a concrete take on surreal house codes and solidified it as a label that celebs of all kinds can’t get enough of. Think Adele, Beyoncé, Lady Gaga, Regina King, Cardi B, and Tilda Swinton. Earlier this year at the spring 2022 couture show, all eyes were on Julia Fox and Ye as they sat front row.
The cocktail took place inside the Schiaparelli headquarters on 21 Place Vendome, and the walls had newly been decked in brilliant gold . As guests including Rick Owens, Michele Lamy, Ella Emhoff, Chiara Ferragni, Eva Chen, Paloma Elsesser, Richie Shazam, Peter Do, Violet Chachki, and others mingled, they gawked and posed with pieces from the new collection.
“Everyone who's here has been so supportive, but people really respond to the strongest pieces,” Roseberry added. “It's really great because people aren't really aren't coming to us for the classics. We have all that stuff, but people really want the extraordinary; the little things like the gold pierced belly buttons and things like that.”
