John Wayne Sanderson was arrested by RCMP officers on James Smith Cree Nation and charged with indignity to human remains.
All four face the same charge of offering an indignity to human remains, which pertains to anyone who “improperly or indecently interferes with or offers any indignity to a dead human body or human remains, whether buried or not.” The four have not been charged with murder.police believe the specific offence happened on or about Sept. 20, 2020Gallagher was 30 years old when she disappeared. Images of her were captured on surveillance video from a convenience store on Sept. 20.
Her family has asked that anyone with information about Gallagher’s whereabouts speak up.
