Pollando was indicted on Wednesday along with his son, David Pollando, 42, and daughter-in-law, Lizmarie Pollando, 29, both of Sayreville, prosecutors said. They were charged as a result of an alleged incident in November 2022, in which David Pollando allegedly threatened a witness and Lizmarie Pollando allegedly alerted her husband about the person’s location and later lied to police about the occurrence, officials said.
David Pollando was charged with conspiracy, witness tampering, retaliation against a witness and terroristic threats, while Lizmarie Pollando was charged with conspiracy and hindering the apprehension of another, authorities said.
