A former federal correctional officer admitted Wednesday to sexually abusing multiple inmates at a Fort Worth prison.
Federal prosecutors said Curiel admitted to abusing three inmates in October while working as a correctional officer at the Carswell Federal Medical Center, a prison that serves female inmates with medical and mental-health needs.
