Buen was among seven law enforcement officers who responded to the call and spent an hour trying to coax Glass out of his car while Glass was experiencing delusions and paranoia., who lunged at an officer standing at the rear driver’s side window with a knife, which is when Buen shot him.He did not enter a plea in court Thursday, but Fifth Judicial District Attorney’s Office spokesperson John Bryan said the parties have reached a tentative resolution in the case.
