Jono Pandolfi’s designs have graced tables at some of New York’s finest restaurants—Eleven Madison Park, The Nomad, and The Plaza Hotel, to name a few—so when we wanted a dinnerware collection that was really worth celebrating, we knew just who to talk to. These gorgeous plates and bowls get their organic vibes from how they’re made: After they’re hand-shaped from clay, wax is painted onto the rim, and a glaze is hand-poured into the middle.
