and real estate sector as they host the 31st edition of the National Developers Convention on October 5 and 6, 2023, at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Cebu City. This year’s convention aims to attract around 400 developers, policymakers, suppliers, and various housing industry stakeholders. President Ferdinand “Bongbong” R. Marcos, Jr.
is expected to deliver a video message highlighting the administration’s flagship housing program, the Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino Program . Figures from the national sector set to headline the event include Senator Joseph Victor “JV” G. Ejercito, Chairman of the Senate Committee on Urban Planning, Housing and Resettlement; Congressman Jose Francisco “Kiko” B. Benitez, Chairman of the House Committee on Housing and Urban Development; and Secretary Jose Rizalino L.
