One Florida couple is behind bars after it was discovered they were wanted on several outstanding warrants during a traffic stop in Montgomery County, according to deputies with the Precinct 1 Constable’s Office.
On Sunday, a deputy stopped a white Ford Expedition on Interstate 45 near Farm to Market Road 830 for a speeding traffic violation.
As the deputy continued to investigate the passenger, identified as Pavel Koryavykh, Miller managed to slip out of her handcuffs and escape out of the patrol vehicle, according to deputies. Miller reportedly charged at the deputy in an attempt to escape but a Pct. 1 sergeant arrived at the location and helped get Miller on her back and into restraints.
Miller was taken to the Montgomery County Jail where she was additionally charged with escape from custody.
