An Amber Alert was issued Monday morning for Fernanda Arias, 12, was last seen on Jacksonville's Southside. Police say she may be with Jorge Reyes.
The Sheriff's Office issued the alert about 8 a.m., and by 9:40 a.m. the state upgraded it to an Amber Alert and said Fernanda may be with Jorge Reyes. His age and description have not been released yet.
