The operation -- which includes deploying hundreds of personnel throughout Latin America and a multi-million-dollar investment -- comes as the US continues to grapple with a large flow of migrants to the US-Mexico border, including this week as a caravan of up to 5,000 migrants journeys north from southern Mexico."We have brought an all-of-government effort to attack the smuggling organizations.
