of Plano’s Collin Creek Mall is moving forward with plans for the first new apartment project.
The 236-unit apartment building will have six levels built on top of a new parking garage that serves the development, according to planning documents filed with the state.The new apartments would open in 2024, according to filings with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. The first phase of construction is the underground parking garage in the center of the property that the city is funding.
