Firefighters knocked down flames at the dealership service center on Kearny Mesa Road shortly before 2:25 p.m.
A fire at a Kearny Mesa car dealership Wednesday damaged a building and multiple vehicles — including at least one electric vehicle — before the flames were knocked down, the San Diego Fire-Rescue Department said. The blaze at Volvo Cars San Diego's service center was reported shortly after 2:05 p.m. on Kearny Mesa Road just west of state Route 163. It was knocked down shortly before 2:25 p.m., the department said on X, formerly known as Twitter. No injuries were reported.
