Lieutenant Junior Grade Stephen Pagcaliwagan of the Philippine Coast Guard in Central Visayas said that they would still would still accommodate those who would want to register for this religious activity, which would happen on Jan. 14, 2022.First is the Passenger Ship Safety Certificate, Certificate of Public Convenience, Manning Certificate, and clear copies of the identification cards of the boat captains and the operator for those ships below 35 gross tonnage.
Pagcaliwagan said they would give guidelines to captains, skippers, and others for the dos and don’ts during the conduct of this activity.
