"It's just a quickly expanding fire and it's because of these devices of such force and speed it's hard to get ahead of," FDNY Chief of Department John Hodgens said. "I live four houses down. I heard someone screaming in my house my house, help, help. I ran outside to my neighbors already outside. They said there's there's two kids and a man in the back. We got to get them out. So we we call them as they jumped out the house," one neighbor said.
