The land development plan for the property was approved by Swatara Township Commissioners last month. The building at 3801 Paxton St. will be split into two buildings – one for Faulkner Toyota and Faulkner Honda, and one for Faulkner Subaru.Faulkner said that the Subaru dealership is still in the design phase and eventually the Faulkner Nissan property will connect to the three new other dealerships.
