“We look forward to litigating this case in New Mexico against all the Defendants we allege in the complaint are responsible for causing Halyna’s death, for causing Ms. Mitchell’s injuries, and for causing the loss of consortium damages of Halyna’s family, whose relationship with Halyna was severed so tragically,” Ms. Allred wrote of the suit.
