On Aug. 26, 2023, Dr. Berne's Whole Health Products recalled four types of eyedrops after one was found to have bacterial and fungal contamination, according to an announcement with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. has recalled four types of eyedrops after one failed sterility tests.
All of the eyedrops were recalled “out of an abundance of caution” because “using contaminated eye drops could result in minor to serious vision-threatening infection which could possibly progress to a life-threatening infection.”The eyedrops were distributed through the Dr. Berne’s online store.between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m., Monday through Friday.
