Former Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Henry Ruggs III will plead guilty to two charges for his role in a 2021 deadly crash where he is accused of killing a woman.
The former NFL star unconditionally waived his right to a preliminary hearing Tuesday in Nevada court, according to ESPN.
Police said the athlete was driving his Corvette 156 mph while under the influence of alcohol when he crashed into a Toyota Rav4 being driven by 23-year-old Tina Tintor on Nov. 2, 2021.
