ESPN's JJ Redick blasted the officiating in the Warriors-Kings playoff series, claiming that Sacramento has benefited immensely.

Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green talks to referee Zach Zarba before he was ejected from Game 2 in the first round of the NBA basketball playoffs after stomping on the chest of Sacramento's Domantas Sabonis, Monday, April 17, 2023, in Sacramento, Calif.

“The referees have dictated too much in the Kings’ favor in this series, I really believe that,” he said. “And I don’t know if it’s the home crowd, or whatever. I rarely complain about the referees. In fact, I don’t even know if I’ve ever complained about the referees. I think they’re great. But if they’re going to come back in this series, they’ve got to call the game the way the game is supposed to be called.

Redick continued with two Sabonis plays from Game 2. The first was Sabonis elbowing Green and then flopping to the ground after the Golden State player made an outlet pass. The second was when the Kings big man tried to pull down Klay Thompson just seconds before his incident with Green.
