Elon Musk’s wave of Tesla Inc. share sales continued into a second week, with the car maker’s chief executive on Monday unloading more than 934,000 shares valued at around $930 million, while also exercising stock options, according to new disclosures.

Separately, JP Morgan Chase & Co. on Monday filed suit against Tesla alleging breach of contract over stock warrants that came due this year. The financial institution said it was seeking to recover more than $162 million through the case filed Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
