Electra Meccanica's Solo 3-wheeled electric vehicle will qualify for California's CVRP rebate

As a three-wheeled EV, the single-seat Solo qualifies for the $900 rebate in the all-electric motorcycle category. The vehicle itself has an anticipated MSRP of $15,500, so the price after the CVRP rebate could be $14,600. Electra Meccanica is pitching the Solo as the perfect commuter vehicle, with a 0-60 time of eight seconds, a top speed of 82 miles per hour and a range of 100 miles from a 17.3-kWh lithium ion battery.
The CVRP is administered by the Center for Sustainable Energy for CARB and will continue as long as funds are available.
